The company completed the share reform in August 2015 and officially changed its name to Guangxi Hiseaton Food Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 28 million yuan. Under the jurisdiction of a wholly-owned subsidiary - Hiseaton Fisheries (Brunei) Co., Ltd. and two holding companies. The company passed CIQ, HACCP, EU, ISO2002 and other registration recognition, was rated as A-level hygiene Enterprises in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Guangxi high-tech enterprises, autonomous region enterprise technology centers, autonomous regions, production and research integration enterprises, intellectual property advantage enterprises in the autonomous region and key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization in the autonomous region.
